Jinjer, a Ukrainian band that we at Norway Rock have seen rise from support at Rockefeller, to a tent and then the second stage at Tons of Rock, and now to a sold out Sentrum Scene, are still touring their Duél album from this time in 2025.

Äntligen! Efter två år med inställda festivalen är det återigen dags för Gefle Metal i Gävle. Mycket har händ sedan 2019.Men med laguppställningen i form av 2022 års spelschema så går det nära på att se det hela som en landskamp i metal mellan Norge-Sverige.
Tre år har gått siden sist, med to avlyste festivaler underveis, men endelig var vi tilbake på Ekebergsletta for tre dager med rock & roll, metal, gode venner og godt i glasset, og jaggu måtte vi ikke pakke ned solkremen også. Publikum var representert fra 55 forskjellige land og fra samtlige norske kommuner, med over 80 000 solgte billetter fordelt over de tre dagene.
Hele fire band stod på plakaten denne relativt iskalde Oslo-kvelden. Det er som kjent dårlig med peisvarme inne på Rockefeller, men et så og si stappfullt lokale og en real dose metal burde få varmen i selv den mest frosne…
