Nick Cave is a story teller for whom direct communication is an essential part of his performance. From the first second that he stormed on to the Øyafestivalen stage, to start “Get Ready for Love”, he made his commitment to that kind of connection apparent.
Ifølge han selv var 2020 første gang siden 1983 at han har hatt helt tom kalender. Den gangen brukte han og en pur ung Nick Cave fritiden på å vekke mastodonten som skulle bli Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Vi tok en telefon til Melbourne, Australia, midt under lockdown for å høre hva Mick Harvey bruker fritiden sin på denne gang.
