Muse have said their new dystopian album “Will of the People» is a “greatest hits» type of record, a montage of the best of Muse, a combination of prog-metal, glam-rock, ballads and electro-pop. It is certainly a combination of those styles, but it is debatable whether the songs are the greatest examples of each of them.
Det ble lovet en sceneproduksjon vi knapt har sett maken til i forkant av Muse sin «Simulation Theory»-turné, selv om det nok finnes et visst tysk band som er uenig i akkurat den påstanden – men det var synlig påkostet med mye action som skjedde under konserten.
En Musekonsert er en audiovisuell fest for alle sanseinntrykk, for sjelden ser man så mye effektbruk. De utallige storskjermene utnyttes til det fulle, og det er mye å ta inn over seg.
